How do I connect my calendar?

Tap Add an account, choose Google and sign in on Google’s own page. Leave both calendar permissions ticked: Stickio needs to see your calendar list and your events. Every calendar of the account then appears, each in its own colour. You can add several Google accounts.

Which calendars does Stickio support?

Google Calendar today. iCloud, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Exchange and CalDAV are coming; they are listed in the app as “Coming soon”.

How do I add a sticky note or an appointment?

Long-press a day. A menu offers a new appointment or a new sticky note. Tap a sticky note to tick it off, turn it into an appointment, or move it to another day. Unfinished sticky notes move on to the next week by themselves (you can turn that off in Settings).

Do my sticky notes sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Yes, through your own iCloud, as long as both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on. Appointments sync through Google itself.

Does Stickio work offline?

Yes. Stickio keeps the appointments around the page you are looking at on the device. Changes you make offline are sent as soon as you are online again; until then they carry a small “not yet synced” mark.

A change I made in Google doesn’t show yet

While Stickio is open it checks the days on screen every few seconds, and the rest when you return to the app. If it says “Not synced since …”, tap Retry.

Stickio asks me to sign in again

Google sometimes ends a sign-in, for example after a password change. Tap Sign in in the band under the header; nothing you wrote in the meantime is lost.

How do I remove an account or my data?

Open Calendars, tap the account and choose Remove. To revoke Stickio’s access completely, visit myaccount.google.com/connections. See the privacy policy for everything Stickio stores and how to delete it.
